Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Fluent English is a must (Ability to speak, write, listen & read English).
- Experience in Hiring at all level of experiences like Manager, senior level and Junior level positions
- Must have experience on the end to end Recruitment process.
- Excellent knowledge of recruiting Digital Marketers and Web Developers.
- Screening Candidates from different Job portals (i.e. Naukri, Indeed, Linkedin, social networking etc)
- Must have the ability to understand job requirements and build strategies for best results.
- Sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates Relevant to the requirement.
- Must have strong follow up skills and Database/ pool creation for all ongoing and upcoming job requirements.
- Maintaining reports and database of candidates.
- Must be flexible enough to handle multiple job requirements simultaneously.
