Key Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Fluent English is a must (Ability to speak, write, listen & read English).
  • Experience in Hiring at all level of experiences like Manager, senior level and Junior level positions
  • Must have experience on the end to end Recruitment process.
  • Excellent knowledge of recruiting Digital Marketers and Web Developers.
  • Screening Candidates from different Job portals (i.e. Naukri, Indeed, Linkedin, social networking etc)
  • Must have the ability to understand job requirements and build strategies for best results.
  • Sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates Relevant to the requirement.
  • Must have strong follow up skills and Database/ pool creation for all ongoing and upcoming job requirements.
  • Maintaining reports and database of candidates.
  • Must be flexible enough to handle multiple job requirements simultaneously.
